This would fit in MAGICALLY as a NEW PAVILION at EPCOT, IMO.

The design of the Pavilion itself could be interesting. They could have separate exhibit areas for each park that lead to that park's archive, and even a VR sampling for new rides at new parks.

I'd bet some rides may encounter enormous rights-issues, however. But with a little creativity and elbow grease Disney would probably be able to get past them.
Something else the video doesn't mention, is the potential the Archive has for events. For instance, Disney can launch with x operating and then add and subtract y and z rides for special purposes.
Like a Magic Kingdom Anniversary where they feature all the attractions that were available opening day and etc.
Or likewise, when a new Classic Ride is added, they can offer "Limited Time" merchandise.

    Also... HORIZONS. That's all.
